To register, fill out, this form indicating class selection and payment method.
Your initials, acknowledging the terms is required to complete this registration.
Tuition will be refunded, minus $35 processing fee, if you withdraw two weeks prior to your first day of attendance.

After the program starts there will be no refunds, or credits for missed classes.
Make-ups must occur within 3 weeks of absence. Three make-ups are allowed for each 10 week session.

- I am enrolling my child in the full 30 week season of classes.
- If my child will not be finishing the 30 week season , I will give 2 weeks notice of ending classes.

Class sizes are limited to 15 families. Students may begin
within the session if space permits.
