____Tuition will be refunded, minus a $35 processing fee, if I withdraw two weeks prior to my first day of attendance.
____After the program starts there will be no refunds, or credits for missed classes. Make-ups must occur within 3 weeks of absence.

Parent/Child Classes
____Make-ups for missed classes must occur within 3 weeks and before the 10 week session ends.  
         Three make-ups are allowed for each 10 week session.
____I have read the terms of this registration, understand and agree to its conditions.

Children’s Classes--3 & older
____I am enrolling my child in the full 30 week season of classes.
____If my child will not be finishing the 30 week season , I will give 2 weeks notice of ending classes.
____I will be responsible for paying class tuition until notice is given of ending classes.
