Children/Teen Registration
You can either print and mail to us or
New - PDF Registration Form for Children's , Adult or Parent/Child Classes.
All on-line registrations will be confirmed via e-mail or phone.
Children’s classes: ages 3 & older,
This is a 32 week session of classes.  In order to fully experience and learn
it is highly encouraged that students enroll for the full 32 week season.
Class fees for the 32 week session may be paid in full or in payments during the 32 week season. New students will not be accepted after March 1st.
Parent/Child Movement, Music & Language: Enter your 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice.
 
Children’s classes and Parent/Child Movement, Music & Language:
After the program starts there will be no refunds, or credits for missed classes.
Make-ups must occur within 3 weeks of absence.
 
Children’s Summer Arts Camp:
After the program starts there will be no refunds, credits or make-ups for missed classes.
